The atmosphere Freddie creates in his restaurant is perfect for quiet business dinners, family celebrations and confidential encounters. Most of his employees, including the chef, office manager, events coordinator, maitre d', beverage manager, captains and others, have been with Freddie's restaurant for more than a decade, some closer to three.

Dining at Piero's The list of notables who have visited Piero's is long and impressive. Former President Bush was a customer, along with Keith Richards, Dick Van Dyke, Dana Carvey and Larry Bird.
